Honesty Online was founded by a group of experienced entrepreneurs who saw the obstacles to interacting and transacting online – users’ ability to lie, consumers’ lack of trust, fraud concerns – and found a means to overcome them. These individuals have a successful record of launching and running Internet and technology-related businesses, including ventures valued between $200 to $300 million and backed by First Union, Thomas Weisel, KKR, Thomas Lee, Hicks Muse, SCP Capital, Morgan Stanley and The Carlyle Group. Completing the team are online marketing and technology experts as well as other visionaries who are dedicated to delivering quality, confidential services that enhance user experience and increase the ROI of interaction and transaction based Internet sites.

Mark Ezra – Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ezra has over 17 years of entrepreneurial business experience as well as sales, business origination and contract negotiation experience. Mr. Ezra was Co-Founder of Core Location, an innovator in building mega carrier-neutral telecommunications and Internet data center facilities in the U.S., the sale of which assets resulted in the most successful real estate transaction to date for Core Location’s financial partner, The Carlyle Group. Prior to Core Location, Mr. Ezra was the Director of Corporate and National Accounts for The Ezra Company.

Ric Fleisher – Senior Vice President, Business Development
Mr. Fleisher has more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales and technology. Mr. Fleisher was a co-founder of Reliacast, designer of the standard for digital media audience management, which was purchased by Comcast Interactive in 2006. Prior to Reliacast, Mr. Fleisher was CrossMedia Networks’ Director of Business Development.

Larry Cynkin – Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Cynkin has more than 20 years of experience in software development and technical management. Mr. Cynkin was previously VP of Engineering for startups Wondir and Demand ID Systems. He has also held senior technical management roles at AOL, Revolution Health Group, and Personal Library Software. Mr. Cynkin has been creating software for the web since 1994.

Esther Riez, Esquire – General Counsel
Ms. Riez has more than 20 years business experience and 15 years legal experience. Ms. Reiz was VP of Sales and Marketing, following her position as Director of Acquisitions, for the fourth largest privately held commercial real estate company in the Washington, D.C. area consisting of $500 million in assets. Prior to her real estate experience, Ms. Reiz held positions at the IRS’s Financial Institutions and Products Division and Citibank.
